Lithko was started by a group of concrete construction professionals who wanted to build careers closer to home. We understand the importance of work/life balance and career opportunity. We developed the BURG structure so co-workers could work on projects nearby and have an opportunity for career advancement if they choose.

Ours is a non-hierarchical environment where everyone is hands-on and understands their role on the team. We attract self-policing, self-motivated individuals that want to be part of a team and accomplish collective outcomes. To encourage individual and team performance, the Lithko Reward Share program balances the contributions of the individual, team, BURG and company.
