Coworker Spotlight: Bo
July 15, 2026
Over the past 10 years, Bo has grown from Project Engineer into an Operations Manager overseeing several projects.
He built his career by embracing outside-market opportunities, learning the work from the field up, and investing in the growth of others along the way.
His impact can be seen across some of the Charleston area’s notable projects, including Hilton Garden Inn Dual Brand, 577 Meeting Street, Jack Primus, Project NOMO, and Winding Woods.
Bo has become a trusted mentor to the next generation of builders, leading Charleston’s New Campus Hire and Early Entry programs while investing in the growth of his teammates.
His ability to connect with people, earn trust, and genuinely care about the success of others has made a lasting impact on our team and created opportunities for others to grow alongside him.
