Ryan started his Lithko career as an intern and then became a full-time Project Engineer. His next role was Field Lead, and he is now a Project Lead. He has been with the company for a little over five years.
Since the time he was an intern, Ryan has had a desire to better himself. He is consistently motivated to learn the Lithko processes and procedures associated with his role to achieve success. By following these processes, (Daily Preparation Plan, Preconstruction Execution Process, and Project Execution Process), he’s been able to be one of our Charlotte BURG’s best Project Leads on some of our most complicated structural projects.
Last year, Ryan was a key Project Lead on Charlotte’s most complicated project to date, Centene. On this project, he grew tremendously by following Lithko’s defined processes. This enabled us to complete the last phase of Centene on schedule through a harsh winter and design difficulties. In the middle of this structural project, Ryan and his wife, Makayla, welcomed their first child. Ryan has gone on to successfully complete The Regent, another structural project, and is currently planning another downtown structural tower—600 S. Tryon.
Even at the young age of 27, Ryan has exceptional leadership traits. His dedication has gained him respect from his coworkers as a trusted team member, and he shows up every day with a positive attitude. Here in Charlotte, we could not be prouder of the gains Ryan has achieved both in his career and his growing family.
