Worker Wednesday: Isai Mezquite Cruz

What I enjoy most about working at Lithko is that there are always new challenges that push me to learn, adapt, and gain more experience. I also like working with my team.

I am motivated to wake up every day and go to work to help my team with anything to get the job done right and go home safely.

My responsibilities when I started working with Lithko were as a Concrete Finisher. Then I moved up to a Place Finish Field Lead and right now I am a Place Finish Lead for the Raleigh BURG.

The challenges that excite me the most are always learning something new such as a field task, office work, or helping the BURG on any questions they have involving placing concrete.

One of my favorite projects has been The Medline Project.

A lot of people don’t know that I used to work picking oranges, watermelons, strawberries, and pumpkins when I was younger and that I also graduated high school in a small town called Georgetown in South Carolina.

Thank you, Isai! Keep up the good work!
