Our Greenville BURG completed their portion of the Woodfield Industrial project in four months. The team participated in the design & erection of the spandrel panels and electrical-room panels. Our coworkers also navigated an aggressive project schedule.
Scope of work:
- 320,000 square feet of 7” slab on grade
- 121,616 square feet of 8-12” thick tilt panels
- 123 tilt panels, including 5 spandrel panels and 4 tilt panels for the electrical room with a tilt-panel lid
Lithko’s project team came together to properly plan the tilt panel layout and erection process in order to execute tilt panel erection safely. All coworkers on this project played a huge role in keeping the project safe, on schedule, and within budget despite weather delays and material allocations.
