Coworker Spotlight: Sam Henken

Sam Henken has been a key part of our Orlando team for the past year and a half, bringing a strong combination of field and preconstruction experience to his current role as an Estimator.

He started his Lithko journey as a Project Coordinator, supporting two of the Orlando team’s first major projects—Orlando Health Bayfront Medical Pavilion and the Women’s Pavilion in St. Petersburg, FL.

From day one, Sam played a hands-on role helping launch the Orlando location, from supporting new crew onboarding to implementing Lithko’s Project Execution Plan.

His efforts helped set the tone for the location’s early success.

Now, as part of the preconstruction team, Sam is focused on growing Lithko’s footprint in Florida.

His attention to detail, strong communication skills, and deep industry knowledge make him a reliable leader in securing new opportunities.

Sam’s teammates value his professionalism, steady leadership, and positive attitude.

Whether he’s in the field or supporting estimating efforts, Sam’s dedication and impact are clear across the team.
