1 Market Street – Elmwood Park

This insulated tilt-up warehouse construction project features architectural thin brick tilt-wall panels and 40-foot clear heights. The slab-on-grade was installed over a 40-mil vapor mitigation system, ensuring long-term moisture protection and performance. 

Located in a constrained, fully developed area, the project required innovative crane logistics solutions, including a hydraulic crane positioned inside the building and a crawler crane where feasible to support tilt-wall panel erection. 

Through strategic planning and coordination, Lithko delivered a high-quality tilt-up distribution facility on schedule while maintaining safety and precision.
