This mixed-use and multifamily construction project required proactive resequencing after delays to a critical storm detention vault threatened the foundation schedule. Through detailed planning and strategic work-area coordination, Lithko shifted operations to alternate building sections without losing productivity or impacting schedule.

The project also marked Lithko Charlotte’s first implementation of a fully engineered horizontal lifeline (HLL) safety system, improving fall protection reliability and jobsite compliance. This project highlights Lithko’s expertise in mid-rise podium construction, multifamily concrete logistics, and schedule-driven urban development execution.
