Lithko’s Pikus team is leading the construction of a 240,522-square-foot multifamily apartment and parking garage development, delivering high-quality structural concrete construction in a complex residential environment. 

The project team successfully placed over 11,500 cubic yards of concrete and utilized the Infinity Structures elevated deck system, improving efficiency, safety, and cycle times for elevated slab construction.
