The Parkwood Avenue project is a mid-rise multifamily development in Charlotte built from a proven structural design model, allowing Lithko to leverage extensive experience in this building type. Severe groundwater and unsuitable soils created major foundation challenges, requiring continuous pumping, selective undercutting, and tightly sequenced footing operations to maintain schedule.

Lithko implemented proactive resequencing and cost-saving site solutions that eliminated major delays and reduced owner costs. Through established QA/QC standards and deep expertise in urban multifamily concrete construction, the team maintained productivity, minimized punch list work, and controlled early schedule risk.
