526 South Church transformed a 1970s office building into a modern multifamily residential development, requiring new cast-in-place concrete walls, slabs, and structural elements to be seamlessly integrated into the existing structure. Architectural scored concrete paving added a distinctive finish that demanded precise layout and alignment with the building’s design.

Working within an aging structure, Lithko completed detailed as-built surveys to verify existing conditions before construction, allowing the team to resolve conflicts early, coordinate with the design team, and deliver a high-quality adaptive reuse and concrete renovation project on schedule.
