This pharmaceutical manufacturing facility construction project presented complex challenges, including cased pier foundation installation in a high water table environment during an unusually wet spring. Despite these conditions, the team successfully completed industrial concrete foundations ahead of schedule, enabling timely structural steel erection. 

The project required extensive MEP coordination to meet the strict demands of pharmaceutical production, along with precise execution of large sloped concrete floors with specialized cricket slopes to support drainage and process requirements. 

Through continuous planning, phase adjustments, and proactive collaboration with trade partners, the team maintained schedule and delivered a high-quality industrial concrete construction solution for a critical manufacturing environment.
