This multifamily residential construction project was successfully delivered through a strong collaboration between Weis Builders and Lithko, beginning in preconstruction and continuing through project completion. Proactive planning, frequent communication, and coordinated scheduling ensured seamless trade integration and on-time execution. 

The project featured complex structural concrete systems, including a 12-inch post-tension slab-on-grade constructed over an 8-inch void form. Managing the void form beneath all structural elements required strict protection during multiple rain events to maintain integrity and prevent failure. Careful sequencing and monitoring were critical to safely executing the slab construction under challenging weather conditions. 

Despite these complexities, the team delivered a high-quality multifamily development, contributing new housing units to the community and supporting local residential growth.
