As part of the Ballantyne Reimagined mixed-use development in Charlotte, Lithko is constructing Block A, a 356-unit multifamily high-rise featuring 27 levels of elevated concrete deck, a podium structure, and integrated parking garage systems.
The project includes complex high-strength concrete construction, sloping and Y-type structural columns, cast-in-place stairs, and aggressive high-rise scheduling requirements. Through detailed planning, daily coordination, and advanced structural concrete execution, the team successfully managed the demands of this large-scale urban multifamily and mixed-use development.
