Ballantyne Tower

This mixed-use and multifamily development in Charlotte’s Ballantyne Corporate Park features a 16-story cast-in-place concrete tower and a 5-story residential structure. Lithko’s scope included foundations, retaining walls, slab-on-grade, podium construction, PT slabs, columns, and structural concrete framing.

The project required complex sequencing with an adjacent Lithko high-rise project, demanding flexible crew allocation and accelerated scheduling to maintain workflow across both sites. Through proactive planning and cross-trained crews, the team topped out the tower two months ahead of schedule, showcasing expertise in high-rise multifamily concrete construction and post-tension structural systems.
