This manufacturing facility expansion adjacent to an active dog food plant required highly detailed planning for tilt-up panel casting and erection, with 75% of the building featuring sloped floors and complex interior wall layouts.

The project utilized reusable casting beds and carefully coordinated erection sequencing around underground utilities, plumbing, and bracing systems to maintain crane productivity and schedule flow. Through close collaboration with Brasfield & Gorrie and MEP partners, Lithko successfully delivered this complex industrial tilt-up concrete project with minimal downtime.
