This 369-unit luxury multifamily development in Camden Village features foundations, retaining walls, columns, slab-on-grade construction, and an elevated post-tension concrete deck as part of a major mixed-use residential redevelopment.

Built within a constrained urban site, the project required careful coordination around limited laydown space, noise restrictions, and varying building elevations. Lithko utilized versatile Doka handset formwork systems to efficiently construct complex retaining walls and structural concrete elements while maintaining schedule and quality.
