Carraway Village

Northwood Ravin’s Carraway Village Phase II is a luxury multifamily and mixed-use condominium development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Lithko’s scope includes foundations, slab-on-grade, shear walls, and eight levels of 8-inch post-tension concrete slabs supporting the high-end residential structure.

Key structural features include massive 4-foot-thick mat foundations at the shear wall locations and a complex seventh level with multiple elevation changes and 12-inch-thick PT slabs. This project highlights Lithko’s expertise in high-rise multifamily concrete construction, post-tension systems, and complex structural foundations.
