This multifamily construction project features a two-level underground parking garage, a post-tensioned concrete podium, and five levels of residential units surrounding an elevated courtyard. A standout feature is the rooftop swimming pool, which required precise coordination of post-tension cables, deep beams, and water-retaining concrete to ensure long-term structural performance.

Built on a constrained urban site, the project required extensive excavation, groundwater management, waterproofing, and carefully coordinated street closures.
