A public safety building has been added to the new Choctaw Nation Headquarters directly across the street. Lithko will install the foundations, piers, grade beams, slab on grade, sitework, and the slab on deck for the small safe room. Sitework consists of 48,976 square feet of paving, 241 linear feet of curb, and 2,076 square feet of sidewalk.

Due to the requirement of using 5 feet of engineered fill material, aggregate screening, our team had to ensure optimum moisture content was maintained to avoid possible cave in of the earth formed grade beams.

Site logistics posed another challenge for our team. With the limited space available on the site, it was imperative to coordinate and schedule the concrete paving closely with Manhattan.

The project schedule has a duration of four months.
