Citizens Tower

This downtown Oklahoma City high-rise project featured complex architectural concrete construction, including uniquely shaped cross-notched columns, exposed concrete ceilings, and polished concrete floors. Full-scale mock-ups and rigorous QA/QC processes ensured precise plywood joint alignment and premium architectural finishes throughout the structure.

Built within an extremely constrained urban site adjacent to existing structures and public streets, the project utilized advanced PERI Maximo and Skytable formwork systems to maintain an aggressive eight-day floor cycle. Detailed crane coordination, custom table sequencing, and proactive planning enabled efficient execution while maintaining safety and finish quality on this technically demanding commercial concrete tower project.
