This distribution center project featured architecturally enhanced tilt-up concrete panels with recessed geometric details, varying panel thicknesses, and a unique trapezoidal building footprint. Stepped panel elevations created a distinctive skyline effect that aligned with the owner’s established brand design.

Early groundwater challenges at the elevator shaft excavations threatened schedule and constructability. Lithko collaborated with the general contractor to implement an over-excavation and stone stabilization solution, improving drainage, strengthening the foundation system, and keeping the project on track.
