Convergence is a large-scale mixed-use development in Oklahoma City’s Innovation District featuring an office tower, parking garage, hotel, retail space, and innovation-focused facilities supporting aerospace, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing.
The project included complex post-tension elevated decks, multi-level one-sided concrete walls, and heavily reinforced slabs with varying elevations up to 24 inches thick. Through detailed phase planning, precise PT coordination, and advanced sequencing, Lithko successfully executed this technically demanding urban concrete construction project.
