Costco’s first location in the Dayton, Ohio area was built at the Cornerstone of Centerville development near Wilmington Pike/I-675. The project includes a members-only warehouse with an attached tire center, a freestanding fuel station and 736 parking spaces. The facility was Costco’s sixth location in Ohio.
Working with Novak Construction, Lithko was given 100 days to complete our work. We finished in 72 days.
