This industrial concrete construction project included over 1.1 million square feet of PrimX slab-on-grade flooring, a high-performance system designed for durability in warehouse and manufacturing environments. Despite a required 72-hour cure cycle between pours, Lithko maintained an aggressive schedule of 3–4 placements per week while installing 15,000+ linear feet of Sinus Armor joints. 

The team completed the project in just three months, supported by rigorous quality control, including inspection of over 2,000 concrete trucks and detailed performance tracking. Strategic scheduling and weather mitigation ensured optimal placement conditions.
