Executive Park Logistics Center Buildings 1 and 2

Following the successful completion of a previous project, Lithko’s Kansas City BURG was selected for two buildings at the Executive Park Logistics Center, delivering full industrial concrete construction services including foundations, tilt-up wall panels, slab-on-grade, and dock paving. 

This tilt-up warehouse construction project required proactive planning to address material shortages and maintain an aggressive schedule. Although the buildings were constructed in phases, sequential panel erection was critical to stay ahead of winter weather and protect the schedule. 

Design changes increased complexity, as the slab transitioned from unreinforced to reinforced slab-on-grade construction. Additionally, weak subgrade conditions limited truck access, requiring the use of concrete pumps and increased pour sequencing to maintain production. 

Through strategic planning and adaptability, the team maintained progress and is on track to complete panel erection by mid-December. This project positions Lithko for continued opportunities within the growing logistics and distribution campus.
