This multifamily residential development features a cast-in-place concrete podium with an elevated amenity courtyard, including a multi-level pool deck, sun shelf, and sloped outdoor spaces. The evolving architectural design required precise layout, sequencing, and coordination to deliver seamless transitions throughout the amenity area.

When survey-related issues temporarily impacted construction, Lithko collaborated with the general contractor to resequence work and shift crews to available areas. This proactive approach maintained productivity, minimized schedule impacts, and ensured the successful delivery of this podium concrete and multifamily construction project.
