FCC Soccer Stadium

The FCC Soccer Stadium is a $250 million sports stadium construction project in Cincinnati’s West End, delivering a state-of-the-art Major League Soccer facility. Lithko provided commercial concrete construction services, including pile caps, grade beams, and slab-on-grade foundations, in partnership with Jostin Construction. 

The project required installation of 393 tons of reinforcing steel and execution under a fast-track construction schedule with ongoing design changes. Through detailed coordination, real-time communication, and strong document control, the team maintained progress and delivered high-quality structural concrete foundations ahead of the 2021 season.
