Gateway Industrial Phase II – Buildings B, C, & D

This manufacturing and warehouse construction project featured architectural tilt-up concrete panels, including decorative entry cap panels and spandrels that added a unique aesthetic uncommon in industrial facilities. The project utilized 297 tilt-wall panels averaging 46 feet tall, with varying panel thicknesses to meet structural demands.

The first two buildings were constructed simultaneously, requiring detailed coordination of foundations, slab-on-grade placement, and crane operations to maintain schedule efficiency. Specialized welding and erection procedures ensured high-quality finishes for the architectural panel elements.
