GF Linamar Facility

GF Linamar’s fourth North Carolina manufacturing facility expands industrial growth in Henderson County while supporting workforce development through local community college partnerships. Lithko’s scope included foundations, slab-on-grade, equipment foundations, and more than 205,000 square feet of tilt-up concrete panels.

The project featured massive 54-foot-tall tilt-wall panels, complex equipment foundations with embedded steel and trenches, and interior tilt-up wall construction uncommon in manufacturing facilities. Through detailed panel sequencing, advanced bracing systems, and proactive daily planning, the team maintained schedule on this fast-paced design-build manufacturing construction project.
