This industrial concrete construction project featured the integration of advanced high-performance slab systems, including both Ductilcrete and PrimX floor systems, within the same manufacturing facility. The complexity of combining these systems required detailed coordination, including dual-layer Ductilcrete pours and ongoing collaboration with specialty consultants and the general contractor. 

Construction took place during winter conditions, requiring careful scheduling and execution of cold weather concrete placement practices to maintain quality and performance. Despite these challenges, the project achieved an outstanding safety record with zero recordable incidents.
