This manufacturing facility construction project featured complex industrial concrete systems, including a 20-foot-deep underground tunnel, specialized equipment “finger” pits, and a 120,000-square-foot ASRS slab designed for automated tire storage operations. The project also included a 3-foot-thick mat foundation with more than 880 anchor pockets requiring strict elevation tolerances.

To support high-volume concrete placement, the team utilized both onsite and offsite batch plants while coordinating daily pours with multiple concrete contractors. Lithko accelerated the schedule by resequencing tunnel construction, reducing completion time by up to eight weeks and advancing building turnover.

Rigorous QA/QC procedures, including pre- and post-pour as-builts, ensured precision for the ASRS slab and anchor systems.
