This H-E-B retail construction project featured the brand’s signature terra cotta red colored concrete, extensive site paving, and four specialized freezer slabs, including an insulated freezer slab. Multiple concrete mixes required precise batching and finishing to maintain consistent architectural color and quality.

Facing an accelerated schedule, Lithko leveraged experience from previous H-E-B projects and optimized concrete placement operations to increase site paving production from a planned 25,000 to as much as 40,000 square feet per week. Detailed planning and efficient crew coordination kept the project on schedule while delivering high-quality retail concrete construction.
