Lithko collaborated in constructing 274 new apartments housed in eight three-story wood-framed apartment buildings. We were also responsible for the slab-on-grade foundation, a 6,521-square-foot clubhouse, and 35 detached garage bays housed in four buildings. In addition, our team constructed a maintenance shop, mail kiosk, and trash enclosure.
This project is located where Schlitterbahn Water Park used to be, which meant that the area had unusual soil conditions and jobsite access. Our team also navigated rain and snow delays.
