This cast-in-place commercial concrete construction project overcame tight site constraints with 24,000 square feet of one-sided walls tied into an earth retention system. The mid-rise structure utilized a self-climbing core formwork system (PERI) to reduce crane dependency and improve productivity on a constrained urban site. 

Additional scope included parking garage flat decks and sloped slabs, requiring specialized shoring and complex material logistics. Despite limited access, the team-maintained progress through strategic sequencing and coordination. 

Delivering over 1 million square feet of commercial space in just over a year, this project highlights Lithko’s expertise in fast-track construction, self-climbing formwork, and complex urban concrete structures.
