Huntington Baseball Park

The winner of four Ballpark of the Year awards, Huntington Park in Columbus, Ohio is home to the Columbus Clippers minor league baseball team. The ballpark accommodates more than 10,000 spectators.

This project had very high visibility and was completed ahead of a very tight schedule despite significant winter conditions.

Most of the walls for the project were exposed to public view, as they were integral to the perimeter of the playing surface. Much of the slab-on-grade and slab-on-metal deck was exposed for public access and contained decorative saw cutting. The transition from slab-on-grade to slab-on-metal deck seating was unique, requiring correct riser layouts, which Lithko delivered.
