IDI Logistics is expanding its presence in Northern Kentucky. Lithko’s Cincinnati BURG is the concrete contractor on the 325,000 square foot tilt up spec building. The slab is designed and installed with the Ductilcrete Heidebed extended joint floor system.

Schedule was the greatest challenge on this project. After the first slab pour, our team faced inclement weather for 3 weeks. Despite completing the last 6 placements in the 2 weeks following the weather delay, there were 134 tilt panels that still needed built and placed.  It was crucial we adhered to the original panel erection schedule to ensure crane availability and steel delivery could be maintained. for. Our team successfully accelerated our plan and completed 6 tilt placements in 2.5 weeks, regaining time lost on our slabs and ensuring we maintained the steel erection schedule.

The team is currently pouring the topping slabs and should wrap up the project mid-February.
