IDO Centergate

This fulfillment center at CenterGate Business Park expanded Tulsa’s growing e-commerce infrastructure and brought 1,500 new jobs to the region. Lithko’s scope included tilt-up concrete panels, drilled pier foundations, slab-on-grade construction, paving, and site concrete work.

Severe weather and poor site conditions challenged the original tilt-up erection plan, requiring the team to quickly resequence operations and utilize crane mats for safe panel installation. Through proactive daily planning and close coordination with project partners, Lithko maintained progress and successfully delivered this large-scale industrial warehouse construction project.
