Lithko completed multiple phases of the Jack Daniel’s bottling facility expansion in Lynchburg, Tennessee, supporting increased production, bottling, and distribution capacity for the iconic manufacturing operation. The project included new warehouse facilities, processing buildings, office construction, and bottling facility retrofits within an active production environment.

To accelerate the schedule, Lithko partnered with the owner and engineer to replace reinforcing steel with fiber-reinforced slab-on-grade systems across 200,000 square feet of warehouse floors, finishing nearly two weeks ahead of schedule. The project also featured architectural cast-in-place concrete walls with embedded Jack Daniel’s logos created using custom formliners.

This project highlights Lithko’s expertise in food and beverage manufacturing construction, industrial concrete construction, and fast-track facility expansions in live production environments.
