Jug Street Building 1 and 10

The Jug Street Buildings 1 and 10 project involved simultaneous tilt-up warehouse construction, creating complex site logistics and limited crane access. Lithko implemented a strategic tilt-wall panel erection plan, using a crawler crane atop erected panels and coordinating with Meadow Burke on lifting and bracing systems. 

Winter conditions required water management and bond breaker application to maintain productivity and quality during panel placement. Additional complexity included vertical concrete beams and reinforced headers at large openings.
