Katoen Natie Engineering marked Lithko Dallas’ first tilt-up warehouse construction project, featuring drilled pier foundations, slab-on-grade construction, tilt-wall panels, and panel erection.

The project included 280,000 square feet of high-tolerance industrial flooring with steel fiber reinforcement and premium joint systems to achieve exceptional FF/FL ratings. Despite weather delays and evolving owner requirements, the team maintained schedule through agile planning and successfully incorporated additional rail-integrated paving for the facility’s material loading system.
