Lithko served as the warehouse concrete contractor for a 380,000-square-foot distribution center in Ellettsville, Indiana, supporting both dry storage and cold storage construction. Scope included a full structural concrete and slab-on-grade package for this large-scale logistics facility. 

Despite 70 days of rain, the team mitigated delays by strategically placing mud mats prior to steel erection and coordinating closely with trade partners. Crews utilized pre-tied reinforcing mats and laser screed placement to improve efficiency and exceed F-number floor flatness and levelness requirements.
