Lakeview Old Settler’s Park

This community park project included a cast-in-place performance stage, slab-on-metal-deck viewing area, playground features, and decorative stamped and colored concrete designed to replicate brick finishes. The team also created a custom Lakeview logo poured directly into the sidewalk to enhance the park’s architectural identity.

Because the park remained open during construction and active community events, the project required careful coordination, public safety planning, and flexible scheduling. Additional complexity included lightweight concrete placement for elevated decks and strict quality control for multiple colored concrete mixes.
