Large Manufacturing Project

This design-build manufacturing facility required advanced logistics and coordination due to its remote location and aggressive construction schedule. Lithko worked closely with Ryan Companies, architects, and engineers to drive sequencing, engineering solutions, and underground MEP coordination around helical anchor systems.

A unique project feature involved constructing tilt-up TIPS panels 200 yards from the building and transporting them on specially engineered trailers for installation. Through proactive planning and collaboration, the team maintained schedule and successfully executed this complex industrial concrete construction project.
