Large Manufacturing Facility

This manufacturing facility construction project involved a multi-phase, international collaboration delivering complex industrial concrete construction for a 185,000-square-foot facility. Scope included deep foundations, ASRS mat foundations, slabs-on-grade, structural walls, and precision equipment foundations for six aluminum rolling mills. 

The project required over 35,000 cubic yards of concrete and installation of 5,000+ anchor bolts, with extremely tight tolerances of 2 millimeters or less to support high-performance manufacturing equipment. 

Through detailed coordination, advanced surveying, and rigorous QA/QC processes, the team consistently met strict alignment requirements, showcasing expertise in heavy industrial concrete construction and high-tolerance equipment foundation systems.
