Lawrence Memorial Health West

The new Lawrence Memorial Health facility will be built on 20 acres in northwest Lawrence offering outpatient medical services. Lithko is partnered with the design and construction team, McCownGordan, and will install all the structural foundation concrete and slab on metal decks.

With the project starting in early November, our team is planning for winter conditions, utilizing heated enclosures for the foundation walls and a ground thawing system prior to the installation of the piers and footings.

The project is design build, so the interior is not finalized yet. We will need to rely on our planning processes while working through the needs of the customer and architect to incorporate all the changes as the design continues to evolve.
