Lehi Sanctuary

The Lehi Sanctuary is a large-scale multifamily apartment development and Pikus’ largest project to date, built on a 20-year partnership with Rimrock. The project includes 519 apartment units across four residential structures, requiring coordinated execution across multiple crews to maintain schedule and efficiency. 

A standout feature is the round amenity deck, which required advanced planning, precise layout, and creative problem-solving to successfully execute the complex design.
