Liberty Center

Liberty Center is a 100-acre mixed-use development between Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, featuring retail, dining, residential, and entertainment spaces. Lithko served as the commercial concrete contractor for two parking garages and nine mixed-use buildings, including a rooftop garden with radius architectural concrete walls. 

The project required extensive coordination, real-time problem solving, and cold weather concrete construction practices to manage schedule and quality amid design changes and site complexity. Through detailed planning and execution, Lithko delivered the project on schedule within 12 months.
