Liberty Corner

This mixed-use residential development features a 15-inch post-tension podium slab, a 271-stall cast-in-place parking garage, and a 10-foot-deep underground stormwater vault supporting the structure above. The podium transitions into residential space and a daycare facility with open, high-ceiling interiors.

Built on a zero-lot-line urban site, the project required just-in-time material deliveries, tower crane logistics, and meticulous coordination of concrete placement, traffic control, and pump operations. Through detailed planning and sequencing, Lithko successfully maintained productivity and schedule on this complex mixed-use podium and parking structure project.
