This pharmaceutical manufacturing facility featured complex below-grade concrete construction, including a 20-foot-deep basement, underground tunnel systems, radius ramp walls, and cast-in-place structural elements integrated into a hydraulic spillway system.
The project also included a high-performance ASRS deep freezer storage structure designed for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products. Massive slab placements with extremely tight tolerances were required to support automated storage and retrieval systems, showcasing expertise in industrial concrete construction, freezer slab systems, and precision manufacturing facility execution.
